GeoPath was founded by an experienced engineering surveyor with first-hand experience delivering major civil infrastructure and tunnelling projects across Australia and internationally.
After working with different teams, contractors and surveying technologies, I recognised a recurring challenge: finding the right surveyor isn't simply about qualifications or job titles. It's about understanding the technical skills, project experience and practical capabilities that each role demands.
GeoPath was created to bridge that gap, connecting skilled surveying professionals with employers who genuinely understand their value.

Why GeoPath exists.
Surveying is a specialised profession, but recruitment often treats every surveyor the same.
Someone can have years of experience and still be the wrong fit for a project because their background, software, equipment or type of surveying is completely different. At the same time, highly capable surveyors can miss opportunities simply because the right company never finds them.
